Our approach is a simple yet effective one. You will become one of our Independant consultants. Our Consultants are paid fixed commissions for identifying new sellers and landlords. You are also paid fixed commissions on all other optional services that the clients opts to include. Including 'pay per viewing' when required and carried out by you locally in your area.

Now the nice part....

By introducing other Independent Consultants you then earn fixed comissions on everything they introduce.

And the icing on the cake...

Once introduced, a client is in your downline, therefore you earn commissions on all future activity by that client, for example a Landlord with a portfollio of 12 properties you would earn commission on each property, and then again on renewals and on and on...

We have a fully resourced call centre and complete admin support for Sales and Lettings progresssions, so your only role is introductions and local viewings if you wish to participate. You can therefore work as much or a little as you wish to suit your own life style.

We make a low admin set-up charge to become an Independent Consultant of £49.50 (incl P&P) for your starter pack including Business Cards and Marketing materials.
